Quarantine Clean - May 2-May 30

28 Days of challenges or rather “light suggestions” to support your mental and physical well-being during quarantine. This is not a cleanse, diet, or fitness challenge — unless you want it to be. Each day a new post will list the challenge for the day with a brief explanation of why it’s beneficial.
